End of an era

Here’s a screen cap of today’s shuttle launch. Endeavour’s last mission. ┬áKinda sad…

Launch of Endeavour Space Shuttle

Update: Here’s a pic of today’s launch taken by Stefanie Gordon on a flight from NY to FL.

Here’s an amazing picture of a shuttle and an F15. (don’t think it was today’s launch). The photographer of this photo is unknown, but I assume another F15 pilot.

Beautiful. I walked out front this AM to watch but the clouds were to much. I am just about due East from the pad at a crows flight distance of 43.25 miles. 1 more launch left and 2 landings… SAD indeed

I might have to come down for this last launch in July. Always wanted to witness one of these first hand. Just tough to pull off from far away, especially if it doesn’t go off as planned.
